The release bearing aka the throw out bearing is going out in the clutch, Needs replacing. May as well do the cluth also since it has 95,000 miles. And why not the rear main seal??

Anyway I have a fella that will do it if I get the parts. He does all the work on my 79 Ramcharger.

To be sure I get the right parts, is there anyone here that can give me list of the needed parts for such a repair?
