2005 Jeep liberty NOISE, NEED HELP

Hi everyone, new to the forums, and well I got a question. Recently as I am driving and I hit the brakes there is a tap noise, goes tap tap tap tap tap as i'm hitting the brakes, once I am completely stopped or accelerate the tapping goes away and stops till I step on the brakes.

Each day its growing to be a louder tap.

Please help need any solution or diagnosis possible. Thanks!

More than likely you need your brake pads replaced, and rotors checked.
