2003 liberty Wont start

well today my Jeep wont start..

The Fuel gauge Reads Empty..but i do have Gas.. MY overhead displays show also 233KM left .

Insert Key, Engine Cranks.. No go..

I get No Check engine codes from ODBII...

could this be a Problem with my transponder key? I have the Grey key.
