2002 Rear Power Windows Inoperative

My wife has a 02 Liberty. The rear power windows quit working. Front windows are fine. The fuse panel on the interior doesn't identify any fuses as "windows". The relay/ fuse panel under hood identifies a 40A fuse, "Ignition-Windows. I checked it with an ohm meter, it's seems fine.
Anyone have any idea what would cause just the rear windows to quit? Everything else electricaly seems to be functioning fine.

Does it make any sound when you engage it? My girlfriends Liberty had a cable break in hers. It made a horrible sound but the window wasnt going up. Hers was fixed under warranty..
