At 100,000 mi. It would be smart to inspect the following;
Radiator hoses and coolant (flush if needed) (HOAT coolant only)
Sway bar bushings
Cv joint boots
Driveshaft cv joint seals
Brake rotors and pads / drums and shoes
A/C refrigerant (r134)
Windshield wiper blades
And the following should deffinatly be done;
Change oil and filter
Change air filter (stock paper filter is best)
Change transfer case fluid (atf+4)
Change front and rear differential fluids (80w-90 gear oil)
Change spark plugs (regular copper core is best) (do this every 25-30k)
Okay i think thats about it. Did I miss anything or put any incorrect info on my list???
Just change the serp belt and tensioner(they do wearout also),and only use a Gates EPDM belt or the OEM EPDM belt('02 KJ).Then keep the old belt and tensioner as backups.
Even though HOAT coolant is "rated" for 5 years or 150k you really should change it by 3 years or 75k to keep problems due to coolant issues from occuring.
Change trans fluid and filters every 60k at least and use ATF+4 only.If you keep on a regular OCI for the trans it's best to have a flush done every 30k and new filter(s) every 60k.
Don't forget to flush the brake fluid,with aluminum parts in the system it goes bad sooner.Should flush out every 2-3 years at least.Brake fluid is one of the most neglected fluids in your vehicle but a major one for safety.Smae goes for the power steering fluid.
The last item is the PCV valve,should be changed every 60k but at $5 for one changing it often is cheap insurance.
