'03 Liberty Clicking w/ Wheel Rotation

HELP! I have noticed this increasingly irritating "clicking" when my wheels rotate... ie: increases with speed, and slows down and stops when braking. I can't tell if it's front or back. It sounds as if "something" is hitting the tire(s). I have just had my front rotars (sp?) replaced, and had my ball joints replaced per recall. The result... CLICKING! Of course I'm hoping it's not serious... but I'm ready to lose my mind! Any ideas? Have mercy!

Need to get the mech to recheck his ball-joint\brake work - if all ok, and 4wd, need to check the outer joints in the front half-shafts for dry\worn

Before you bring it to service, have somebody stand outside the vehicle while you drive around in the parking lot to isolate where it is coming from.

Are you using snow tires? Could be a simple thing ie. check if you have a rock in your tire tread?

I had the same problem for weeks, and it ended up just being a loose hubcap rattling with each wheel rotation. Try taking them off and see if the sound goes away. If that's the problem, they're pretty easy to tighten.

I have the same year model with the EXACT same problem. T-birdjunkie just recommended I tap on all the centercaps to see which one is loose. Sounds something like what john hitt is recommending. Let me know how it goes for you, cause it could help me as well. I'll let you know anything that is suggested to me.
