what type of coolant meets oem spec?

The coolant is called HOAT. Can be purchased at Chrysler dealer. You can also do a search in this forum under coolant and others have found some other brands that are HOAT compatible.

Xerex also makes it to, but I know it can be difficult to find... still the HOAT stuff with that brand as well.

It's actually spelled Zerex if that helps you find it. NAPA and Carquest are your best bets for finding it. Like Yellocoyote said, be sure to get the HOAT type. It's Zerex G-05 that you want. It comes in a gold jug and the coolant is colored yellow. There's also Zerex Dex-Cool (silver jug, orange coolant) and Zerex Original Green. You don't want those.
