Commander Paint Recall?

I took my Jeep to a dealership last year to trade it in and I am positive they told me there was a paint recall on the '06 Commanders because the paint on my hood is coming off. Anybody heard anything like that? I want to trade it in now to another dealership and they told me that they want me to get the paint on the hood taken care of if I can and I can't find anything on the internet about this supposed paint recall. Help.
