Transmission on this vehicle is sealed so you have to break the seal to inspect it. There is no resevoir or dipstick to check fluid level. The tube to add fluid is capped. Thus, nobody wants to even look at the tranny for less than 200. Is this the case with all of the liberty vehicles or am I not understanding why a crankcase like this would be beneficial to the standard owner. The issue arrises from the vegicle now slipping gears when it takes a certain angle of left turn at a slow speed !5 mph. What are my options for the tranny.? Its got 90000 k and we bougt it at 70000k.
