Just bought a 2003 Liberty Sport from a dealer about 2 months ago and am very unsatisfied with the milage. 3.7 engine and getting approx 14.30 mpg from mostly highway driving 70 mph 2300-2500 rpm. Is it really supposed to be that bad? Spec sheet says 15 city/20 hwy. Only has 77 k for miles. HELP!

Wrong place to post
Sorry I posted "Gas Mileage" here, new here and still learning how to navigate. Don't get me wrong, I love the liberty but just curious about the gas mileage.

jeep recall
hi there. I'm new to this site. I also own an 03 liberty sport . had it several years now. I got a recall some time back and lost it. do you know how I would get it fixed without the paper telling me what is wrong?

You should be getting better on the get than that. I have an 03 liberty renegade and I drive on interstate 70 at like 75 mph and I get at least 20mpg. I'd check your spark plugs and wires and the fuel filter and such to see if there's anything you can do to help it.
