radio doesn't work

Radio does not work, period. All other electrical components in the car function perfectly. I checked the radio fuse under the dash and it is OK.
Is there a relay under the hood in the relay/fuse boxes that is specific for the radio? I have printed out all the relay/fuse locations but can not determine if any single relay may be causing the problem. Again, all other electricals in the car are perfect. I welcome suggestions.
