Boston Acoustics Premium Audio Issues

For those who chose the Boston Acoustics Premium Audio system on their Jeep grand cherokee, did anybody experience any issues? My rear speakers sound distorted at above 18-20ish volume. Had them replaced under warranty. However they sounded the same after repair work was done to replace both rear speakers. Im thinking it could be the amplifier or just bad wiring. It sounds fine under 16 level volume but if you crank it up it sounds distorted. Only rear passengers notice this blurry noise but in the front it sounds perfect. What do you guys think?
