Recrc vent, transmission slip, rough idle with dancing rpms

My recirc vent is currently broke... And I was wondering if there are any other problems due to gravel roads such as leaks which would cause for dusty driving conditions inside the cab?
My Rpms seem to dance when in idle also... And the jeep sounds rough when in park. Any suggestions?
Furthermore my transmission seems to jerk when u shift it from park to drive....and also jerks, in drive, when gears are shifting. I'm wondering what The problem could be and if it could affect cruise control?
