ANYONE who has used the 3875, what do you think, good, bad, indifferent? If on the 4.7, I really want your feedback, if 4x4, even more so...

Have it, on performance I can tell a difference. And I get about 2 mpg better with it. I normally averaged 275 a tank. Now I'm getting about 300. Mileage tune hasn't given me much better mpg if any. I didn't buy mine new got it dirt cheap used

I wouldn't pay more than $300 for one though. I got mine for $100

Picked one up for $135 :-D just waiting for delivery...
I also grabbed a "diablo super chip" for $20 on eBay, didn't expect much, and I doubt anyone else should either. Whatever performance gains I had were offset and then some by losing about 4 mpg across the entire range... Gave it 80 miles in town to reset ecu or whatever you want to call it, and 100 miles on the highway, and pulled off the road to disconnect it, and immediately my performance/economy returned.
