Your personal setups!

I want you guys to share your favorite setup with me. I'm trying to get ideas. And when I say setup, I mean suspension wise. Lockers and lift kits and everything else that has to do with protecting and performing! If it helps your Jeep flex it's muscles and reach high in the sky, I want to hear about it! Happy Memorial Day by the way! ( I'm only 16 so I don't have a REALLY deep pocket haha)

3" Zone, 32-33s, if your gunna wheel a D30 aussie an quick discos are nice and cheap upgrades, you can get all that for under 1500 an make you pretty capable offroad and the Zone kits ride great on the road, I use to have the 4" kit, if you wanna spend less there's cheaper options(Budget Boost, used tires on craiglist or classified on here an pirate4x4) and there's also more expensive options( Longarm lifts, 3 link 4 link, nicer tires, selectable lockers, gears, list goes on an on.

Zone 3" 459
33" Mud Rovers 654
Aussie 250
Zone Discos 79

Here's a thread with pics of TJs with 3" lifts and 31s-33s... http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f59/t...1s-33s-641936/

For about $1200 I got 3in daystar budget lift and 4 33 12.50 R15 duratracs. I'm in college so probably more on a budget than you. I'm slowly gonna build up. Extend what I need to and buy some good 4in springs flat fenders tummy tuck and 35s and work on my axels. To Get me by a couple years then save up for 5.5 rock krawler. And buy other things in meantime like bumpers lights winch. And replace anything that breaks... Lol and mine is also my DD.

I bought mine with the D44 option already on it. I'm just saving money right now. I need to go to work on my suspension. It's crap. Its a Short Arm pro comp 4 inch lift with a really bad steering stabilizer and Rancho shocks. I'm in auto tech so i have access to all the tools necessary to do the work. I don't know what suspension set up I should go with. I had an idea, but now I don't lol.

Have you been to the review section of the forum? Look into AEV, RE, RK, Clayton springs. And as far as shocks Bilisten 5100 is what alot of ppl run and is what I'm gonna run when I get the money. And for RE rubicon express from what I've heard their springs are good but stay away from their control arms. Currie and JKS make good control arms.

I'll probably do some talking over with my friends up at the local off-road shop. I'm just saving money to save money lol. I have no idea what to buy, but I'm not going to waste money.
