YJ Seatbelt and center console help

I bought a 1994 Wrangler about two months ago, and it's my first car. I just bought a center console for it from a guy on Craigslist, but I can't install it without it blocking the female end of the front seatbelts. The console is already a tight fit between the seats, and the seatbelts are already short, and putting the console in completely blocks access to them. I think that the guy who had it before me may have replaced the seatbelts with something shorter because they seem absurdly short (I'm talking about the female and that bolts to the floor of the car). First off, can somebody post a picture of what the female end of the front seatbelts are supposed to look like, so I know what I'm dealing with? I'll try and get some pictures of what mine look like to show you. Second, what can I do to fix this? Will it work with new seatbelts?
