WV modified inspection standards.

Does anyone know if there is a website that clearly states WV modified inspection standards?

I havent found one. I am right near you. If you find a good shop let me know. I just failed because my bumper is not as wide as my tire tracks. But my flares cover my tires.

Here is your web site. But, I haven't had time to check if the inspection criteria is here or not:

http://www.wvsp.gov/trafficSafety/Pages/default.aspx

EDIT:

This is the statute:

http://www.legis.state.wv.us/wvcode/...=15&section=48

And, here is the administrative rule which is probably what you want to see. Select the "final file" PDF file and download.
