Wrangler Seat Belt Rotted out of Frame

I just bought a 1993 Jeep Wrangler and the seat belt wouldn't retract. So in trying to pull the plastic cover off the seat belt mount the whole assembly and mount ripped out of the frame. What are my options at this point? Weld in a piece of steel of some sort? Get a new seat that has the seat belt attached to the side? Any ideas? Thanks! Pics: http://imgur.com/a/u9dKh

Welding in a repair would be the cheapest and easiest solution. A seat bolted to a rusty floor is no better than a seat belt bolted to a rusty floor.

Wow, you must have some serious rot there. After the repair, id check the whole truck for rot. Somethings not right there.
