WK underbody rust

I am looking to purchase my first Jeep, specifically a 2009 Grand Cherokee Laredo. One, which was perfect, has only 43k on it from NE weather but I saw that the underbody already has rust on it: (tried to upload photos but they were too big)

As you can see, there is rust along the welds (top and bottom of frame) in several locations. Even the spare tire has some rust. It seemed to me that with the amount of mileage and age of the Jeep, it should not have rust. Is this something that I should be concerned about? Is this common?

Thank you for any help in advance!

Pretty common there in NY with all the salt they use in the winter.Gotta wash the undercarriage at least once if not twice a month in the winter or that salt will eat it quickly.
