What kind of front bumper/wheels are these?

My Jeep has them (my Jeep is parked at my uncles, can't run outside and take my own pictures) and I've seen a lot of people with the wheels. This is the first Jeep I've seen with the bumper, but it's identical to mine. Even the same sticker

It's an ARB bumper. ARB 4x4 Accessories It's the feature pic on the main page.

They look like American Racing 767 wheels American Racing: Official Manufacturer Website- custom, chrome, polished and painted wheels

If those are the wheels, though, I don't see a 5x4.5 bolt pattern listed. I assume the axles or at least the drums have been redrilled, yes?

Not sure about what is listed, but I know someone who is running them on 5x4.5 so it must have been offered at one time
