It appears to be a picture of a red arrow pointing to a sticker on a JKS sway bar link in a TJ.

Jks sway bar link. That type can be easily disconnected allowing for more flex in the suspension. It will make it easier to keep more tires on the ground when offroading. Just make sure they are connected when driving on the street.
