Viking Thermo Rollers or Hawse fairlead for synthetic line?

I'm getting ready to order synthetic rope line to replace my now dangerous wire winch line. And I found these http://www.redrock4x4.com/shop/products/1191.html And I was wondering if anyone else has used them and if they are a good alternative to a hawse fairlead.

I'd go for the rollers. I converted back to rollers from a short-lived aluminum hawse that was installed at the same time I converted to synthetic line.

I have an aluminum hawse style fairlead and have had zero issues. That said, a majority of experienced rope users recommend the roller style fairlead.
