Trails in Helen, GA?

If this isn't the right place to post this, please let me know where I need to move it to.

We are heading up to Helen, Ga on Friday for the week and I wanted to see if anyone knows of some good places to ride. I pretty much have a stock Jeep so it can't be anything too adventurous.

Thanks!

A pretty good loop on hard roads is to leave Helen, get on the Richard Russell Parkway and go to Blairsville, then from Blairsville over to Hiawassee on the governor's parkway, then back south to Helen.

If you're looking for light offroad stuff, then look at the forest service roads in the area. Look on Google maps for Wilkes Road to Chattahoochee River Road. Drove it in a car once without a problem, and you go through the headwaters of the Chattahoochee River when it is a very small creek.

Be sure to check the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest website for forest road closures, etc.
