Top options and waterproofing for travel

Hi folks. Planning on towing jeep to the coast. Would like to take the hard top off. I have the Bimini top(bestop). Wanted to buy the full door cover for tow/park in case it rains but that top requires a piece of hardwear that comes with the soft top. SInce I don't have the soft top I don't have the correct railing for attaching the back of the cover. SO... The suggestion has been made to me to buy a deck cover and a wrap around windjammer. Im ok with this however I have one concern. Does the windjammer do something to cover the space between the top of the door frame and the bimini top. Right now if it rains, water just rolls of the top right down to the floor of the jeep inside the door. Suggestions??? Are there other pieces of hardwear I need to be aware of. Goal is waterproof parking and travel behind the RV. Just pulling a full cover over the vehicle isnt an option for towing(flapping, etc )
thanks
David
