I am posting this only so that people are aware of what they are getting into when dealing with shopjeepparts.com. I recently purchased a Rugged Ridge SYE kit and a CV drive shaft for a 94-95 wrangler 3"+ lift. The parts were well priced, shipped quickly, and were in great condition when I received them. That said I was shipped the wrong drive shaft. The correct drive shaft was 17" collapsed and 21" expanded, what I received was 18.25" collapsed and would not fit. I attempted to contact shopjeepparts.com only to find there is no phone number on the site (only a fax). They have online chat support which I used. Over the weekend I was told that someone from tech support would contact me Monday (never happened). I emailed (twice) which is the recommended way to resolve such issues according to their site (no response). I chatted again at which time I was given tech supports number, they don't answer or call back. The number for tech support is a multi-company number that has costumer service. I spoke to them only to find out that they are not affiliated with shopjeepparts.com and was told to call them to which I replied I would love to but there is no number. She gave me the number to Moe. I don't know who Moe is but he doesn't return calls either.
To make a long story short. I took my drive shaft to a local company and had it shortened which by far cost me more then I saved using this company.
I just wanted to make my experience known so people on here could decide for themselves if they wanted to take the chance.
