Rough country 3.5 inch lift problems

Hey guys so I just recently installed a rc 3.5 inch lift on my 96 zj as well as a rustys adjustable front track bar over the past week I have noticed several things I could use some guidance on

1. The passenger side rear tire will rub the coil spring to the point that it has worn down the side cleats on the tire. Would this be caused by a bad track bar? I did use the relocation bracket supplied in the kit also only running 31x10.50 good year wrangler authority's on stock 15 inch rims.

2. I have noticed that with the new lower control arms front and rear the pinion angle does not seem to be correct do I need to go ahead and order new upper control arms? If so what brand?

Thanks in advance.
Will
