Removing Herculiner from paint
After herculing my tub, some over spray got on my paint. My question is can I use some acetone on the paint to get the Herc off, or will that remove the paint/clear coat? If that wont work would a clear wax or something of that sort get it off?

Acetone shouldn't remove the stock paint, but I don't know if it would be able to get the Herc off.
A clear wax to remove Herc? |

IMHO
Acetone is harsh stuff. I would think it would eat the paint before it would eat the Herc. The Herc. is much tougher than the paint |

I don't think a cleaner wax would, herc is on there pretty well, and thick, I don't even think a polish would do from what I understand it to be like.
Acetone is harsh stuff, but autmotive paint is thermoset so a solvent shouldn't cause it to strip off |

Well the acetone worked, it was very minor over spray. but it took it off and the paint is still there.
