Recover Strap

couldnt get search to work so I apologize if this is addressed on another thread. Looking to get a recovery strap trying to figure out width and length. Ready fof suggestions, please and thank you!

Most people I know went with 30k lbs, 3" wide, 30' long

I made mine outa like 1-1/4" nylon rope. Spliced 30" of chain with hooks on each end.. Had that sucker for niegh on 40 years.. Never fails.. Never measured mine,

You want a 30' strap looped at both ends. I use a 4" some use a 3." No metal hooks at the ends. Yellow polyester single ply. Get a 3/4" D Shackle. If you have the money, get two of each. Two straps, two D shackles. You can use them together to great advantage.
