Please Help! Rubicon express sway bar link
Hello everyone! I came to this forum is search of some help from fellow jeepsters. Recently i installed a 4.5 inch lift rubicon express kit. The other day i decided to put some spacers in the front to level the car out. I was driving and for the past 3 days i kept hearing a clunk in the passenger side. today i noticed that the sway bar link pin is gone and was causing the link to slide in and out of the bracket! Does anyone know any way to replace it being its the 4th of july and no ones open! Thanks

No clue here but, you could goto the hardware store and get an assortment and just return what didn't fit. Also call Rubicon Express and they could tell you what to get to replace it. Might have to wait till Monday. Good luck.

Now might be a good time to ditch the whole factory sway bar and install a Currie Antirock system. When I put my Rubion Express lift on my TJ (3.5" superflex) I didn't even bother with the swaybar links - I sold them new and put the money towards the Antirock.

Are these what your looking for?

Similiar, the ones i was looking for are called linch pins. I would drive without my front sway bar links but i do so much highway driving and im scared to do so. Thanks guys

Drove without a sway bar for about 60mi. Truly not as bad as I thought. It does gain a ton of body roll and if you must swerve it could get ugly. IMO perfectly fine to do for short distance. Would not advise for a dd. Luckly my jeep is not a dd.

Plus, I bought new pins for my RE lift at home depot.

Yeah i went to home depot to look for the lycnh pins and they had but were too big. I just drove on the highway and wasn;t and bad as i thought it would be. Im just confused on how that pin slipped out or got stolen.

To be honest I got tired of fussing with my sway bar links and now my jeep is 10 pounds lighter without the sway bar hardware:-)
