Can you post a picture of what you want? I'm pretty hand with the old cord.

I saw a set of 6 (4 door) on eBay for $60. Whatever color combos you wanted.

Do a double cobra for a base and then a king over the top of that. You'll get the bulk you want and it will look good. Then just run a doubled unbraided around the bar, it shouldnt end up messy at all.

Or use a sinnet for the handle instead of the cobra at all.

I made some for the rear of mine just to see how they'd turn out. I used red and black 550 cord, I got some 1" utility webbing and some 1/2" brass gromits. Not a bad effort for first time. Still trying to figure out the front but I have a few ideas! Name: image-4130851410.jpg

I made some for my wj, I use two on the rear of the front seat headrests. Great for small kids getting in a lifted truck. And two where the plastic handles were on my a pillar. Here a link to the ones I made, super easy and a lot cheaper than buying them premade... http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f310/...-20-a-1535634/

Those are nice but if you have your padding and hard top on they wont fit. I found with the hard top on you can only fit 1/4" worth of paracord to secure it.

I did make a center grab handle with shock cord in it but It didnt keep the tightness I wanted. I will post some pics later today.
