Old Man Emu

Hello everyone, this is my first post and I need a crash course on OME shocks...

So my girlfriends mom owns a ZJ, I know a little bit about it but not enough. I would like to know how the adjustable shocks work, the best air pressure for flexibility and all that. I don't know much about the shocks, (neither do they) and I would like to know everything I can when I start my own jeep project.

FYI there have been a lot of upgrades and fabrications to the ZJ, including 2" lift, ARB bull bumper, exhaust, etc.
