that thing looks good andy. now we just need to paint it. it is even bigger than i imagined. are you going to have to get a hitch riser so it rides level or do you think it will without one?

i might need a riser, but the KOR bumper hitch is like 4" higher han the stock hitch, so if i do end up needing one, ill get one. and yea....we need to paint it.

i still think you need to remove a leaf or two. it would give it better articulation. maybe in the future you can convert it to coils and then really give it some flex.

coils dont have as much weight carrying ablity, and this thing dosent need flex.... it has super high ground clearence...so it dont matter none.... as for a leaf out.... mabe.

I have a pick up bed trailer and the shocks are shot. I rocks side to side pretty bad..
Not a big deal on it as I only pull it about 10 miles to the dump and back.
Just a thought:

You may want to consider something to make it ride a little smoother just because you don't want a load bouncing around while cornering. It won't matter so much on the trail but on the way there it could cause you some trouble. Won't know until you pull with it once or twice though, looks good so far
