New member steering question

Just joined the forum and have a steering question. I have an old 61 M38A1 with a chevy 350, Dana30 front, Dana44 rear with 32" meats. It's steering is dangerously sloppy and has an old GM Saginaw steering box mounted to a 1/2" steel plate welded to the frame. What brand of tie rods would experienced off roaders reccomend purchasing to tighten things up a bit. Also, is the steering box easy to rebuild if it is the cause of the play? I have about $100 to spend.
Thanks, Happy trails, and GOD BLESS AMERICA!!
