new lift question

i'm interested in lifting my 09 JK 2door and fitting 35's. i've been looking at the rock crawler, AEV, and teraflex. now, i have to ask...what does everyone think is needed for some beginner rock crawling. I live in NJ, so i'll be at places like Rausche Creek and up into the mountains. No Moab, Rubicon trail, etc. what set up will get me over the rocks without breaking the bank? if anyone has info regarding lower control arms, skids, gearing, etc. it would be helpful.

09 JK w/ a winch and duratracs
Just enough to get through most of the time,
get stuck sometimes, and still get home
