Need help identifying a part

Hey,
I asked for help identifying parts last year and you guys helped me greatly. I need help identifying one last part. If you could provide what year and model this goes to that'd be great (maybe part # too). This part to me seems like a cover or something that goes in the trunk.

Here's some pics of the part

Again any help would be extremely helpful

It basically "creates" a trunk in the back of the Jeep. So you close the tailgate, and you have some 'reasonably' secure lockable storage, out of sight.

sometimes called an "Instatrunk."

I have one in the TJ.

Thank you Pete. Would you happen to know what year and model wranglers it would fit?
