MV-50 (superflow) compressor?

I just got this compressor today, and was wondering if theres anything else anybody recommends to do to it, besides getting new gauge, 1/8 to 1/4 fitting and hose, and a "T" fitting possibly. I've read posts about them and thats all they really said. thanks.

I didn't do a thing to it besides mounting it under the hood and connecting it to a switch inside the cab. I kept the stock hose and fittings and everything and it has served me well for a year now.

yeah i used some 12 gauge because the way i routed the wire it didn't reach the battery - but i don't think you need to upgrade just for the sake of it

I couldnt get an adapter for the fitting. Some use 1/8", others (mine) use some weird size NOBODY has. I ended up selling it, but that was the only reason why. It was a good compressor.

I retapped mine to 1/4" and 1/8" npt and also did the head rotate mod to it. I'm not mounting mine underhood but plan on placing it an old toolbox like the new ARB one.
