M416 trailer questions

I know there is a ton of info in these things but so many people use different axles... My questions are as follows

Where are you guys buying then?
Do they bolt right in (aside from wheels)?
Are you changing our leafs when you do this?
And finally if you don't mind... How much did you pay for axle?

I had mine built at a local trailer shop. I had it built to my specs (width, bolt pattern, electric brakes etc). I just reused the factory springs but went SOA

I can't remember the cost but I think it was somewhere around $150-200 for a 3000lb axle with brakes. Not sure though.
