Yeah if I were using it a lot I would have gone with a better product, but for what I do I couldn't beat the price.

I just bought a M101A2 3/4 ton trailer from a Govt. auction. It lines up real good with my hitch. I plan on using it for hauling wood and mulch and not on the trail.

Bump!! Sitting on a sendero a couple miles from the Mexican border in my TJ reading this thread. Keep up the good work and post some more progress. I want to find one of these and make my own. Know anyone that might have one for sale today? Thanks

thanks for the info on the axle.I hate the idea of loose-n the hand brake if I swap the axle.

I know it has been a long time for an update.
I was able to score a few freebies this weekend, hopefully I'm not to far away from it being mobile.
I still need to figure out about the axle and what I'm going to do with the body.

It's looking good Phil! Can't wait to see this thing on the trail and camping. Once you get it done, we may have to plan us a trip over to Mountainside or something another.
