Good Job getting a Sport with a Dana 44 rear. Good for 35's and lockers from what I read. Also, I'd personally recommend removing the steps if you do any good rock crawling. I smacked mine on a rock somethign hard and it broke off, and slammed the rocker panel, bending it. Just a heads up.

If there are no rips, try cleaning the windows with either car wax or clear plastic cleaner and see if you can get rid of the cloudiness that way.

If he has upper doors coming then experiment on the old ones. take an inexpensive orbital polisher and compound to them. If it turns out well, then you'll save a couple hundred on windows.

D44? I hope so. I don't see it mentioned in his new Jeep's description. A D44 is only an option. There were actually more Sports produced with the D35.

Nice Jeep BTW!

Thanks guys. Havent had much chance to see if its a d44 have to check and make sure. Dang weather keeping me from working on her. Btw replacement upper doors are in and work great. Just need to get the seals broken in so they seat better. Water tight and finally windows that zip and unzip. Gonna get pics when weather improves.
