Jeep Military decals-HOw to determine which #'s to choose
Hey~(Sorry I doubled posted cause I dont know who will read or reply to this)
So I am thinking of putting on a few decals onto my TJ and I need to know why people put the military #'s on. I myself am in the Army Reserves and would LOVE to customize my Jeep to look more "Militaryish" but I dont know what numbers to put on cause I dont know why people pick the numbers myself. I LOVE the image I put in here and I want something like this. Was thinking of incorporating parts of my own military # and the year of the Jeep (2004) into the decal....what do you think? Anyone know why people pick the numbers they do?? ![]()

I am no expert in determining military number placement but...
I would guess he is Pirate Jeep member #1936 and he drives a 2008 four door wrangler of sorts. That would be his reasoning at my estimate. I believe the army used designations M-38 M-38A1 and M-151 I don't know of any other designations.
