Jeep Gas mileage

Alright guys, its my first car. I know its a jeep and i dont expect great or even good fuel economy. Im getting like 12.5 mpg on hilly san diego streets. Im on 35" Nitto Trail graps, and a 3.5" AEV. Any tips to get better mileage? I also have a banks CAI and exhaust. I drive slow stop and go. im just wondering what you guys are getting and tips for me! thanks guys.
