It's Rattle Can Time!

Started painting the Jeep with the rattle can. If it turns out real bad I won't paint the other side. I will just do the prep work and have some 1 day paint shop shoot it. It's not a mall queen so really dont care too much. On a side note make sure that when you start painting your wife doesn't come home and open the garage allowing the wind to blow stuff into the wet paint.

If you prep right and take your time and wet sand between coats you can get a pretty good job on them. My first car had a dented fender went to the salvage yard got another one and painted it with a rattle can and it turned out looking like the factory paint job.

I'm just starting a rattlecan job on my YJ.

just done the front fenders and grille so far. I'm actually in the middle of a complete drivetrain swap, and while I'm waiting on a couple parts I started this project. nothing like having MULTIPLE projects going on at the same time.

That looks good admar! I think yours is gonna turn out better than mine. Like I mentioned earlier the wind blew a bunch of crap into the wet paint. I was gonna try and sand it out but I dont care that much. I will post pics of the progress and the final product as it goes.
