I want to get a snow plow for my CJ

I have a 200 yard long gravel driveway and I would like to get a plow for my CJ7 for the winter. I do not have a winch, but I have long been wanting to get one. Obviously I can't do both unless I have a winch-driven plow, or else switch equipment every season. Any recommendations on brand of winch and plow? I don't want to spend TOO much money, but I realize a good winch will cost me.

Also, I would prefer something that isn't TOO ugly... Jeeps usually look better with more stuff bolted to them, but I have a nice chrome grille that I don't want to block too badly.

Notes: my Jeep is lifted (approx 3 inches total, springs and body) and has 33" tires. Engine is an AMC 258.

this thread is about a plow, not a winch, but winch information is appreciated.

Find a POS 3/4 tom PU with a blade and leave your jeep alone
