I actually did it!!!

Well, I'd been moping around the world since the day I sold my YJ. It was my first jeep, and I wouldn't have got single DIY project right if weren't for Jeepforum!

Well, my jeep fix is about to return in the form of a 2013 Rugged Brown Wrangler Sport. Special order, should be here mid-summer!

I can't wait! Also, I'm happy to log back into Jeepforum again without the shame knowing my garage was empty...

I just bought a 2013 jk unlimited. I have been away from jeeps since 2001. I sold my 1992 wrangler to pay for a trip to Vegas. I do love my new jeep but it doesn't replace my old one.

Im sorry to hear you scrapped you YJ for a JK...

But best of luck to you. The passion survives. That's all that really matters.

A trip to VEGAS!?! Christ. What's wrong with you? Gambling addiction?!?

Leaf springs are surprisingly addicting too

I didn't scrap it for free greener grass and newer seats, I sold it very reluctantly. The reason for the jk is because we need a second daily driver and I don't have to pay all the tax if I buy it here. I miss my YJ everyday!

Probably a lot, that would depend on when you left. I'm happy to live out in one of the surrounding villages, I try to avoid the city.
