I am planning to spray my cj7 interior with this type of stuff. two questions.
1.) which is better for a built up look (not smooth)
2.) What type of gun do you use. I have seen reference to a sand blasting gun? Harbor freight $18.00?
I have always heard that they are from the exact same manufacturer. The only difference between the two is that Durabak is available in more colors, has a UV protector added (very important for preventing fading), and is marketed more as a universal protection coating. Herc is usually more expensive because of the specialty marketing towards the Bedliner industry. If I had to choose, the Durabak would be my choice simply because of the UV protector advantage.
Pendleton,
Thanks for the information. At about 1/2 the price...I believe I will go the duraback way as well
Take care!
