Help! Advice on lifts :(

Hello, I'm looking to lift my Jeep Cherokee (XJ) about 3.5" but i don't really know alot about lift kits and i was wondering if anyone could offer some advice on where to go, what to get, and how to install. I'm not entirely sure what exactly i should get but the rear springs are sagging and i figured it was time for a lift. And since i'm not all that great with the technical language yet (sorry :/) i could use it dumbed down.
