Hard top window wont stay shut with swing away.

I have a 2003 TJ with a hard top and I just put a aftermarket rear bumper with a swing away tire carrier on it. Now that the third brake light is not there, the rear window opens up every time I take off from a stop light or shut the doors. You can also just lift the window up until it stops on the swing away. I know they make a aftermarket third light but I do not know if I want to put it on. I wanted to see what others have done to keep the rear window shut.

Something is wrong with the window or rear door. The window should shut first and when the door is closed the top of the door holds the windows in place by pressing on the bottom weather seal.

Sure enough the window was out of wack. It was adjusted all the way up and poping over the tail gate lip. Lowered it and it works great. thanks.
