Most people use a submarine for that kind of stuff.

Have you thought of adding pontoons and an outboard motor on your Junk?

zip top bag for the cloths. the filters, tools, and lube would fit in a larger mil type ammo can. either a fat .50 or even a rocket case. want to get expensive try a pelican case. you can buy a rubber maid container and it will float just as long as it doesnt flip over.

any mil surplus or search on the interweb. i can get them local for about 7 bucks each little more for the fat .50's. rocket boxes can be had from cheaper than dirt or sportsman's guide(cant remember which). all steel with rubber gaskets and some are lockable.

I have my first aid stuff and some other small bits and pieces in vac seal bags, the kind you use for food sealing. You can also seal up tools, jerky, trail mix, anything you do not want to get wet or dusty. They also make some larger size bags that are intended for storing clothes and blankets that you can suck the air out of to make a pretty small package.

I use my vac sealer for lots of stuff. You can get long rolls of bags and seal up guns or fishing poles, anything that will fit in the bag.

ammo cans for tools are great. most have a rubber seal on the lid.

here's some info.

Just go to Home Depot or Lowes where they have big plastic storage containers that are like giant Tupperware tubs.

You could try a Bill's Bag. They're used by whitewater rafters and kayakers to keep stuff dry and are available in sizes from small to huge. Easier to cram in the Jeep than a plastic box.

i think you need to rethink your choice of amphibian vehicle if you go so deep that everything in your jeep gets wet

I have learned one thing from sinking my jeep...

be prepared for the worse of the worst

packing up some stuff in a dry container can't do anything bad
