Gas can

Any idea where to get a gas can that still has the vent in the back? Why did they stop making these? Who ever invented the self venting can with the stiff nozzel should be shot

Look at getting a super siphon. Just makes it easier and cleaner to work with.

My local steel supply sells them in yellow, I think the color means it not for gas, so it can have a vent. I like yellow, so all is well. Is yellow for kerosene? Maybe diesel?

30 bucks a piece

Yellow is typically used to identify the contents as diesel. At least in my experience.

I have one of those exact cans on my rear bumper in red, mine has the vent on it as well.

Yup, yellow is diesel, blue is kerosene however the authentic ww2 jerry cans that were blue were for water and lacked the coating inside to protect the steel from fuel. Red is for gas.

The real sceptre military cans are going for around $110 each since they can't be sold in the US, I'll stick with the jerry cans but they are really nice.
