Fit 3 kids in rear seat of 2 door Wrangler Sahara

Does anyone know of a way to fit 3 kids in rear of 2 door Wrangler?
2 booster seats fit on either side but is there anything like a harness to attach to back of rear seat and attach to a splitter type device to share the seat belt latch?

Even the narrowest booster seats wont fit 3 in rear seat so I'm trying to figure out how to work this for all 3 kids to ride in jeep.

Thanks in advance!!!

I can't see it happening, it's just too narrow. I have 3 kids and we don't take the jeep for the whole family to go somewhere.

not going to happen. 2 boosters and a infant car seat barley fit in the back seat of our WJ.

Well we can do 2 booster seats on either side and I was advised this would work for the older child to use.

Racing Harness - JCWhitney

She's almost big enough, definitely already tall enough to be out of a booster so this could work I think.

The very reason we sold this that I built,

And bought what is now this....

I even looked at stretching the YJ, but it wasn't worth the hassle IMHO.
The XJ does fantastic and we enjoy it every bit as much...

The harnesses look awesome on the custom job!!!

I guess I can do a seat belt extender to get a 3rd child in between 2 booster seats on either side, but would this work in the back seat of a 2010 Wrangler Sahara? Sales guy says it would work

4-POINT HARNESS SEAT BELTS - JCWhitney

We have a 3 & 5 year old in booster seats on both sides and a tall 6 year old in the middle which this harness would be perfect for, for more protection than just a lap belt.

Thanks

Patrick

you only have 2 seat belts back there for a reason. there is hardly enough room back there for the 2 booster seats why would you try to squeeze another child back there. buy a vehicle that you can actually legally carry 5 people in. just what i want to do, risk the lives of my children because im to selfish to do the right thing.

It's not at all hard to fit three kids in the back of a Wrangler. All you have to do is make two trips.

Mylt1....I'm not risking anyones lives! Which is why I was looking at latch mounted harnesses and not just going with a lapbelt like others have done!

If the harness isn't installed correctly it can collapse her spine. Not something I'd want to risk. I guess some are more willing top take the risk with someones life than I am. Good luck and I really hope she doesn't get hurt or worse.

I don't know what the rest of y'all are talking about. I have fit 3 17 year olds in my back seat. Shure, it wasn't comfortable, and there weren't enough seat belts, but they fit.

Fitting, and being safe are two totally different things. Being that you are of the tender age of 18, I doubt you have 3 children of your own yet.
Get those 3 17yr olds in the back again, have a wreck or be involved in a wreck (doesn't have to be your fault at all), and see how quick the lawyers come beating on your doors. As already said, there is a very good reason why Jeep only put 2 seat belts in the rear of YJ's and TJ's.
I for one would not put my 3 kids in the back (6,7 and 13) of the YJ for any wheeling or street driving, and that was with a full DOM cage.
Just my .02
